Real sad news. Today we received the following message:
It’s with deep regret to announce that team owner and driver Dean Nicholls passed away on Wednesday 7th May after battling cancer for 3 years.
If you met Deano in or outside a paddock he continued taking big strides in his life by continuing racing which was his passion until the end of 2024 where he won the F600 Northern Sidecar Cup championship. Earlier in his life Deano finished 10th in the British Sidecar Championship during 2018.
Outside racing Deano was a big family person who married Sarah, his long term partner earlier this year.
He leaves behind 5 children along with Sarah and his grandchildren who will all have a big void in their lives.
No more pain and suffering now Deano. RIP
