Rankings NSC after Round 3 Nürburgring (Germany)

Round 3 of the Northern Sidecar Cup delivered another spectacular weekend of sidecar racing at the legendary Nürburgring in Germany. Set against the backdrop of one of Europe’s most iconic circuits, competitors across the F600, 1000cc and F2 classes battled warm conditions, close racing and the demanding layout of the Nürburgring to put on a fantastic show for all sidecar fans present.

The fast and flowing German circuit challenged teams throughout the weekend, with every class producing intense battles from lights out to checkered flag. Riders and passengers pushed hard for every point as the championship fight continues to tighten heading into the second half of the season.

In the 1000cc class, front runners Team Talens Sidecar Racing, Team GRT388 and Team Virtanen 32 once again demonstrated incredible pace and consistency, while several midfield teams impressed with determined performances and personal best results.

The F600 category produced some of the fastest racing of the weekend, with multiple changes and battles right through the field keeping spectators entertained throughout both races. Team LRT International Sidecar Racing did very well for the championship. First time NSC runner Allgäu Sidecar Team ended up 2nd in class in race 2, well deserved after a great battle with Team West Side.

Meanwhile, the F2 class showcased outstanding teamwork and commitment, with Team Roscher / Burkard giving everything around the demanding Nürburgring circuit and took the win in both races.

The Northern Sidecar Cup paddock once again proved why the championship continues to grow in popularity, combining competitive racing with the unique camaraderie that makes sidecar racing so special.

A huge thank you goes to all teams, officials, marshals, organisers and fans who made the Nürburgring weekend another memorable event.

Attention now turns to round 4 at Brands Hatch, July 4 & 5, as the championship battles continue to heat up.
